All I heard was that they took it to a third party but thats not going to go anywhere because third party can be bought and paid to give you what ever you want them to say any judge worth there salt can see through this---it goes on all the time with the pharmaseuticals ---and if they are going after people then they are losing money ---and there is no innovation happening whatsoever
